  1. Are your courses nationally accredited?
    Yes, all courses offered by Ascet Tafe are nationally accredited.
  2. Does Ascet Tafe provide weekend or evening classes?
    Some courses are offered outside of regular business hours.  Please refer to the course of interest for the course schedule.
  3. What support services do you offer?
    Staff at Ascet Tafe will offer professional and confidential advice in areas where they can help and will ensure that all efforts are taken to ensure a positive experience is achieved.  Trainers are available for support through email during regular business hours. 
  4. Do you deliver online training?
    Some courses are offered online.  Please refer to the course of interest for course deliveries.
  5. What forms of payment do you accept?
    Cash, cheque, money order, Visa or Mastercard, EFT
  6. How can I contact my trainer?

  7. How long does the assessment process take?
    Assessments may take up to two weeks from the submission date.
  8. When will I receive my certificate?
    Students will receive their certificate within 14 calendar days of the date they were marked as Competent.
  9. How long do I have to complete my course?
    Course lengths vary. A Training Plan is agreed upon at course commencement outlining the course schedule.  As well, course schedules can be found under a particular course.  Please refer to the course of interest for the duration.
  10. What is RPL?
    RPL is Recognition of Prior Learning. This gives students the chance to provide documentary evidence to support their skills and knowledge relevant to the training offered. Please click on the link above for more information.
